I build software for a watch, a race course and the home: a start timer that runs on the wrist with no phone aboard, crew matching that fills a boat before the start, and Taskr, which splits a household's chores by the time each person has.

Race Timer
A standalone Wear OS race timer that runs the ISAF and US Sailing start sequences on the wrist. Cues are scheduled rather than polled, which is the difference between a horn on the gun and a horn near it.
Tender
Pairs skippers short of crew with people who want to race. The matching engine widens its own search when nobody fits, and colours how far it had to relax rather than hiding anyone.
About
Short version
I race an Interlake at Hoover Sailing Club and write the software I wanted on the water. Most of it starts as a problem on a race course and ends as something small enough to trust with a start sequence.
