AI, automation and websites for Columbus small businesses

Cut the busywork out of running your business.

We spend a half-day at your business finding where AI and simple automation would save you hours.

The same engineer then builds the tools, and tells you when the fix isn't AI.

No charge. We'll say straight whether the audit is worth it for you.

What we take off your desk

AI is good at sorting requests and drafting replies. Simple automation handles the rest, like reminders that go out on time. AI isn't right every time, so anything that could cost you a client gets a person checking it. And sometimes the fix isn't AI at all. If a shared calendar would do the job, we'll say so.

How it works

  1. Audit. A kickoff call, a half-day at your business, and a short written plan within 2 weeks of the visit.
  2. Build. You pick what's worth doing, and we build it. The plan gives each idea a rough cost, and each build is priced once we've both seen the job.
  3. Support. We keep what we built running, and the support you need is agreed as part of each project. Want someone to ask about all your tech? A tech person you can ask.

Every build goes through Cairn, the AI pipeline we built in-house.

Mad Cow Labs is Dave Alvarado, a software engineer in Westerville. The person who comes to your business for the audit is the person who builds your tools. More about Dave
